Fill in your details and click Sign Up

Register with your Facebook account

After signing up, you will receive an activation email from us. This email is sent for security and verification purposes. Select the link in the email to complete the registration process.

Points Redemption

STEP 1

After logging in, select

the REWARDS tab on the top right corner

STEP 2

Under REDEEM Points, select

"TAKE SURVEY" to complete yourrewards redemption process

STEP 3

If your trip is not listed, kindly fill in the MANUAL REDEMPTION form

STEP 4

Check POINT HISTORY to view full details of your rewards points

Upon submission, reward points will take up to 3

working days to be approved and reflected

in your account.

Rewards Redemption

STEP 1

the REWARDS tab on the top right corner

Click on REDEEM REWARDS to view the rewards catalogue

STEP 3

Select your claimable reward and click on the REDEEM button

STEP 4

Select your PREFERRED collection method and input details required

Self-collection of vouchers are available between during our office hours*. Do make an appointment with us before heading down!

  • I have forgotten my iDynasty account password, what do I do? "
    Reset your password by clicking on “Forgot?” under the login page. An email will be sent to your account with instructions on how to reset your password. Please note that the reset password function is not applicable for 3rd party accounts such as Facebook, Google, etc.
  • How can I proceed with the rewards claim upon my return?
    In order for us to credit the earned points, please ensure that you have an existing Dynasty account registered under your email address. If your registered email matches the email address that was provided during the point of booking, the trip will automatically be listed under the ‘Redeem Points’ tab. Simply fill in the survey form to complete your rewards redemption process
  • When do I need to claim my rewards for recent travel by?
    Follow the steps above and claim within 3 months from your date of return. Do note that points will be forfeited if you do not claim them within this period.
  • My recent trip is not listed under my account, how do I earn the points? "
    If your trip is not listed under your account, please submit the manual redemption form available under the ‘Redeem Points’ tab. If the booking still does not appear, do contact us at our helpline provided above and we will assist you.
  • What are the details that are required to submit the manual redemption form?
    a) Your Dynasty booking number b) Your email address
  • I tried claiming my points through the manual redemption method, however it shows an error. What could be the problem? "
    Do check that the email you have input matches the email that was provided to our consultant at the point of booking.
  • Upon submission of my details & post survey form, how long does it take for the points to be credited into my account? "
    It will take up to 3 working days for the points to be credited into your account. If the points are not credited then, do reach out to us via our helpline provided above for assistance
  • How many points am I entitled to per booking?
    You will receive 1 point per $50 spent on your invoice, rounded down.
  • What types of bookings are eligible for points claiming?
    As of Dec 2019, reward points can be earned for bookings such as Group Tour Packages, Free & Easy Packages and Land Tours. Sole purchase of air tickets and cruises are not eligible.
  • What is the validity of my rewards points?
    The reward points do not expire and can be accumulated.
  • Is points splitting possible between travellers?
    Points can be split/transferred to other travellers; we will need written consent from all travellers.
  • What are the timings for self-collection of vouchers?
    Please note that collection is between 12pm to 5pm*, Monday to Friday at our office. Kindly make appointment with us at support@dynastytravel.com.sg prior to your visit. *Collection timing is subjected to adjustments
  • I’ve selected “SendbyMail” option, what’s the next step?"
    Our team will review your mail out and send the vouchers to the provided address within 10 working days. Please note that the vouchers will be posted via regular mail, as such, Dynasty Travel will not replace vouchers lost during the mailout process.
  • Are there physical vouchers for Dynasty Travel Vouchers?
    Please note that Dynasty Travel Vouchers are only issued in e-copies instead of a physical voucher. To offset your balance payment using your e-voucher, simply redeem your reward and inform our tour consultants. Necessary arrangements will be made to offset the amount for you.
