- Spinach

- Beansprouts

- Carrots (sliced)

- Shiitake Mushrooms

- Zucchini

- Eggs

- Onions

- Dried Laver (Seaweed)

- Kimchi


Sauce

- Gochujang Sauce

- Sesame Oil

- Vinegar

- Honey / Sugar

- Light Soya Sauce


2. Japchae (잡채)


Ingredients:

- Glass Noodles

- Mushrooms

- Carrots

- Onion

- Spinach

- Eggs

- Sesame Seed

- Sesame Oil

- Honey/Sugar

- Light Soya Sauce
